Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have announced a free update for the hit game Pokémon Pokopia .
The free update adds an underwater world to the familiar areas, which players can explore freely. Underwater, players can build houses, roads, and other things just like on land. The update will be released in August, but the exact date has not yet been announced.
The paid expansion pass is available starting today.
With the expansion pass, players will gain access to the new city of Blubbmeria starting in August 2026. Additionally, new Pokémon, furniture, and outfits will be added. Another city is planned for 2027, but no details have been revealed yet.
