Mario Party 5 Minigameliste!

Hab die Demo schon gezockt die Minispiele scheinen auf jeden Fall zu werden. Hoffentlich wird das diesmal was aus dem Singleplayer, aber hoffen würd ichs nicht.

ich glaub schon, dass es mehr als 10 4-player-minispiele gibt, bei MP4 wars ja auch so, dass nicht alle aufgeführt waren!

Eine Linkfunktion gibt es doch nicht oder? Wäre nämlich bei solch einem Spiel wünschenswert, wenn nun auch jeder Charakter in der gleichen runde zieht und man nicht mehr warten muss.

Closing Comments
I asked to review this game. You see, I've got quite a few non-gamer friends who love playing what many would consider "mainstream" games, like EyeToy or Mario Party -- and I can't count the number of hours we've wasted on this particular series. Mario Party 5 is another successful installment in the franchise. On the one hand, it's filled to the brim with imaginative mini-games and modes, on the other it still suffers from the same baffling waiting times in the board-based modes.
As a multiplayer party game, Mario Party 5 is a must-have, there is no question about that. The spotty single player experience and the waiting (even when playing with multiple players) bring down our overall score, but there is no denying that is another quality party title.

Mario Party is an interesting game in that it is able to appeal to two very distinct audiences. It really is the perfect drinking game for college dorms (heck, it even has some advanced stat tracking options that show you in graph-form when player #3 started to suck) and at the same time a great game for kids to enjoy with their siblings. Judging from other efforts in this genre, until Hudson fixes the wait time problem, Mario Party 5 is likely as good as mini-game party games get.

6.0 Presentation
The same lighthearted, candy-colored presentation as every installment in the Mario series. A bigger selection of characters adds some variety, but some more voice work would be nice.

7.5 Graphics
Sharp, colorful graphics and good-looking characters, but the 3D boards' textures don't hold up when the camera zooms in closer.

6.0 Sound
Same old, same old. Plenty of grunts and fun, uplifting tunes with yoghurt cup synth samples, but the DPLII logo on the box is more for show than anything else.

8.0 Gameplay
Slightly sped up board gameplay, is still in stark contrast to the fast and amazingly entertaining mini-games. Loads of modes, some of which are actually really good.

8.0 Lasting Appeal
Once again, the four-player gameplay has the ability to attract both casual and hardcore gamers alike. If you have friends, you'll be playing this for a long time.

Hmm, also demnach ist es mit den ersten beiden Teilen das beste Mario Party, laut IGN. Es wundert mich irgendwie, dass IGN Mario Party so schlecht bewertet...
