Das Marktforschungsunternehmen Media Create hat die japanischen Soft- und Hardware-Charts der Woche vom 9. bis zum 15. Januar veröffentlicht. Bei den Videospielen führen die zwei Neuveröffentlichungen Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 Final Chapter Prologue und Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony die Liste an. Beiden Titel gelingt es in ihrer ersten Verkaufswoche deutlich über 100.000 Exemplare abzusetzen, wobei der aktuelle Danganronpa-Ableger in der Handheld-Fassung deutlich beliebter ist als auf der PlayStation 4.
