Among the biggest announcements was certainlyThe Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo Switch 2. TheNintendo 64 classic returns in a new form in 2026, even though Nintendo has not yet provided a specific release date. Also causing a stir wasNintendo Switch Sports Resort, which brings players back to Wuhu Island and is set to launch with twelve sports on October 22 for Nintendo Switch 2.
Strategy fans also got their fill.Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave will be released on September 17 for Nintendo Switch 2. Additionally,Kingdom Hearts IV, Xenoblade Genesis, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World and Final Fantasy Resonance were showcased.
Furthermore, new impressions were given ofStar Fox, Splatoon Raiders and Rhythm Paradise Groove. For Pokémon Pokopia, a free update and a paid expansion pass were also announced, which among other things brings new underwater content to the game.
